Beginners' School

I want to start BMX as a hobby, or as a parent and child hobby.

There are many reasons.

Anyone of any age can participate, from 5-year-olds who can ride a bike without training wheels to adults!

You will learn basic tricks as you progress through the levels, and once you pass the test you will move on to the next level.

Starting Level
(Start Level)

This is the class to step into the world of BMX flatland.

Target Audience

This course is for people who have never tried BMX flatland before, people who can ride a bike but are new to tricks, and people who want to learn the basics of BMX.

the purpose

You will learn the basics of safe riding by getting used to the sense of balance and bike control that are unique to BMX flatland. The aim is to first learn the joy of "riding" and then "controlling."

Content

Correct pedaling and riding posture

Peg riding and balance while turning

Two-wheel balance (balance practice while stationary)

Stop & Go (raise the bike from a leaned position and pedal)

Bar spin (handle spin)

Basic Level

This level aims to teach the "Hydrant," one of the iconic basic tricks of BMX Flatland. A stable Hydrant is the key to Flatland skills, allowing you to apply it to a variety of subsequent tricks.

Master hydrants in this class and take the next step in flatland.

Target Audience

Those who have a basic sense of balance in BMX and want to try tricks with one foot on the peg.

the purpose

Master the hydrant safely and reliably. Learn the basics of maintaining balance on one peg, weight shifting, and bike control.

Content

You will learn practical skills such as the position of your center of gravity while hydrating and bike control.

Break down the trick and practice dividing it into the entrance, middle and return.

Step-Up Level

入りや戻りのバリエーション、バックライドなどハイドラント応用の習得を目指した級になります。

 

対象者

基本のハイドラントを安定して習得している方。

ハイドラントからの派生トリックや、他のトリックとの組み合わせに挑戦したい方。

 

目的

バランスと重心移動の微調整: 複雑なトリックに対応するためのバランスコントロールを習得します。

BMXの動きと体の使い方をより深く理解し、自身のライディングスタイルに合ったハイドラントの表現方法を見つけます。

Skill Improvement Level
(Skill-Up Level)

This class challenges you to perform tricks on one wheel (front or rear) in BMX flatland. The goal is to master techniques unique to flatland, such as lifting one wheel to perform elegant spins and balancing while moving forward.

Target Audience

Those who have a stable sense of balance and basic BMX skills, and are looking for a new challenge. Those who are interested in one-wheel tricks.

Those who want to enter the contest

the purpose

Learn basic one-wheel tricks such as the Mac Circle.

Develop practical skills and learn to smoothly transition from one trick to the next.

Content

Mac Circle (spinning around on the rear wheels)

Seat Grab Mac Circle

Slight weight shifts and twists of the body to increase stability on one wheel.

Practice coordinating your gaze with your body movements to increase the success rate of tricks.

How to fall safely when you lose balance during a trick.

In this class you will not only master one-wheel tricks but also break new ground in BMX bike control and take your flatland riding to the next level.
